The partnership fee (currently 5%) covers your place in the network, the technology, booking-site management, and support. Bookings guests pay on ValueLodge Booking use a separate booking fee and guest service charge — those details appear in your Partner portal payout statements and in your agreement. Your exact numbers for your hotel are covered when we talk.

No. Your own name stays on the sign above your door. Online you appear inside a network guests trust; on your building you're still you, with just a small ValueLodge network badge.
Never. You keep ownership of your hotel, your bank, and your booking-site accounts. We manage the listings on your behalf the way a professional team would — you stay in control, and you can leave anytime.
There's no fixed software fee and nothing upfront. We earn a small partnership fee (currently 5%) only when you earn — the full numbers for your hotel are covered when we talk through your hotel.
No — they are different layers. The 5% partnership fee is your Connect partnership on room revenue we help you earn (invoiced separately on Fees). When a guest pays on ValueLodge Booking, they pay the room plus a 6% guest service charge on top (Stripe); after check-out hold, your bank payout is the room amount minus the 12% ValueLodge Booking fee (guest service charge is shown on the statement). Your Partner portal (portal.valuelodge.my) shows Fees and VL Booking payouts separately.
